Every order is covered: 30 days for change-of-mind on unused goods, and the full Australian Consumer Law cover (refund, replace, or repair) on anything faulty, damaged, or not as described. We process approved refunds within 5–10 business days back to your original payment method. If the timing slips, contact us — we'll chase it.
